  8.      Risk Assessment & Safety Planning;

  9.        The Center’s Mission & Philosophy;

10.     The Center’s Policies & Procedures including service documentation

11.  Confidentiality;


12.     Legal options for victims of family
         violence and sexual assault;

13.  Economic Options

Sensitivity to Cultural Diversity;

16.     The need for community systems to be
       responsive to the needs of victims of   
       family violence and sexual assault;
